Our Story
Founded in 1983, OTD Ship Management was built on the foundation of expertise, innovation, and a passion for the maritime industry. Our founders, with decades of experience in global shipping, recognized the need for a ship management company that not only delivers high-quality services but also prioritizes sustainability and technological advancement.

Raymond Koh Wei Sheng
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Raymond has over 30 years of experience in the maritime and logistics sectors, guiding OTD Shipping Management through strategic growth and innovation. His expertise in global shipping operations, compliance, and sustainable business practices has positioned the company as a leader in the industry. A strong advocate for operational excellence, Raymond holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and is well-respected for his leadership in international maritime trade.
David Wong Zhi Hao
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
David has over 25 years of experience in maritime logistics and operations, overseeing the seamless coordination of global fleet management. With a strong background in compliance, crew management, and operational strategy, he has been pivotal in enhancing efficiency and safety across OTD Shipping’s network. A graduate of Nanyang Technological University with a degree in Maritime Studies, David is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the company.
Daryl Ng Jun Hao
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Daryl leads OTD Shipping’s technical strategy, focusing on integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance fleet performance and sustainability. With a background in marine engineering and a passion for innovation, he has spearheaded the adoption of green technologies and digital transformation initiatives within the company. Daryl holds a Master’s degree in Marine Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and is recognised for his forward-thinking approach in maritime tech solutions.
